I took this photo at 2 am as the snow was falling and still is. Today's challenge was a picture of the clouds, but as we all know when it is snowing it is only overcast so enjoy the snow!

WInter sky
It was early Tuesday morning, January 3, 2012. As I opened my eyes i seen a glow of purple slightly glowing over the top of my curtains. Sleep still in my eyes and barely any clothes on I hop up, grab my camera and I bolt down the stairs to the front door. I open the door and a brisk cold whiff of air woke me up quick. I stepped onto the side walk with no shoes on, as I was blessed to be able to take such a great natural shot of the sky in Colorado in the winter.
